Description of work

  1. Consultation with users, managers, salespeople and technicians to assess the requirements and computerization systems and specification of technology to meet these requirements.
  2. Develop and manage strategies, policies and plans for information and communication technology (ICT).
  3. Manage the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training.
